For manufacturers

Your track record, built to follow you.

Verified once. Every lender you approach after that starts from what you've already proven — not a blank application.

The problem

Every new lender starts from zero.

Manufacturers with years of clean trade history still face the same starting point with each new lender: a fresh application, a fresh set of document requests, a fresh underwriting process that has no memory of what came before.

Provenance Credit builds a verified, portable record from your actual trade and payment history — so that the next lender you approach starts from evidence, not a blank page.

Without a record

Each lender underwrites cold. Your history of clean shipments and on-time payments is invisible — you prove the same things repeatedly, and still compete on price alone.

With a Provenance Credit record

Your verified history is documented and portable. You can show lenders your actual track record, not just tell them about it. You compete on evidence.

What you get

A verified record that works across lenders.

A portable verified identity

Business registration, signatory, and banking — confirmed against independent registries, not self-declared. Carries across every lender conversation.

A documented trade history

Shipment records, payment outcomes, and document integrity — built from your actual trades as they happen, not reconstructed from memory.

Two independently-scored outputs

Operational Reliability and Verification Strength, each scored separately. Lenders see both — and the Confidence label that shows how much history underlies each score.

No per-lender repetition

Verify once. Every lender you approach after that starts from what's already documented — not a fresh application from scratch.

How it works

Three stages. Each one builds on the last.

The process is designed around documents that already exist in your workflow — not new paperwork created for verification.

01

Business verification — once

Registration documents, signatory details, and banking are cross-checked against independent government business registries. Independent verification — not accepted on your word. This happens once. You don't repeat it for each lender you approach.

  • Business registration and legal standing
  • Signatory and beneficial ownership identity
  • Bank account and banking relationship

02

Document trades as they happen

Commercial invoices, shipping documents, and payment confirmations — submitted at the point they naturally exist in your workflow. Not new paperwork created for this process. Cross-document consistency is checked automatically.

  • Commercial invoices and packing lists
  • Export declarations and bills of lading
  • Shipment weight and container records
  • Payment confirmations as they clear

03

Your record compounds with every trade

Every resolved trade — shipment confirmed, payment settled — adds to a verified file that follows you across lender relationships. A manufacturer with 30 documented trades starts every new conversation differently than one starting from zero. The record is yours; it doesn't reset when you switch lenders.

    What we verify

Independent data — not your word.

Every claim is checked against external sources. Nothing is accepted as submitted without independent cross-reference.

    Business identity

Registration, legal standing, and signatories — verified through independent government registries, not self-declared.

    Shipment routing & weight

Shipment routing and weight checked for consistency with what's declared.

    Document integrity

All uploaded documents checked for authenticity and consistency.

    Payment outcomes

Payment outcomes confirmed independently — not self-reported.

    Common questions

    What manufacturers ask us.

    How much does this cost?

Free to participate as a manufacturer. There are no charges to build a record, submit documentation, or be part of the platform.

What documents do I need to submit?

Business registration, signatory identification, and banking details for verification. Then standard trade documents as trades happen — invoices, packing lists, shipping documents. Nothing created specifically for this process.

What if a shipment has a problem or a payment is late?

Your record reflects your actual history — including exceptions. A single late payment or documentation issue is noted in context, not treated as a permanent disqualifier. A pattern of clean trades after an issue is also part of the record. Lenders see the full picture, not a pass/fail.

    Who sees my data?

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes, and is only used for the verification and reliability record you've asked to build.
